Sleep is one of the most powerful, yet under-leveraged, levers for maintaining both mental and physical health.

 

In this one-hour workshop, we’ll explore how mindfulness can be applied as a practical, evidence-informed tool to support clients struggling with sleep—from difficulty falling asleep to nighttime rumination and non-restorative rest.

 

This is 90m webinar leverages mindfulness not as a concept, but as a skillset—one you and your clients can use.

1.5 Hours - FREE

This is a 90m, experiential deep dive into the theory and practice of Mindfulness. We'll experience the Body Scan, Awareness of Breath & Mindful Movement, and debrief the application and purpose of each.

 

Finally, we'll introduce "inquiry" - the practice of integrating and applying mindfulness to whatever matters most - because no one practices Mindfulness to get better at sitting on the cushion.

This 90-minute, high-level presentation explores mindfulness as a clinically grounded, evidence-informed approach to chronic pain treatment. Moving beyond relaxation or “coping,” mindfulness is framed as a skillset that reshapes the relationship between sensation, perception, and meaning-making in the nervous system.

3 Hours - 3 CEUs for MN Licensed MH Practitioners

In a landscape where “mindfulness” has been diluted by the marketing industry and self-proclaimed wellness gurus, this workshop returns to its theoretical roots and clinically relevant foundations.

 

We explore mindfulness as a rigorously researched, skills-based training grounded in Buddhist psychology, phenomenology, and contemporary cognitive and affective science. 

This course if offered in partnership with MN Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

This 1.5 hour webinar introduces 4 cutting edge approaches to understanding Stress and Stress Management. As the science of stress evolves, these new models offer fresh insights into how stress impacts minds and bodies - as well as how to manage it more effectively.

In this 60-minute workshop, health coaches will explore the fascinating two-way conversation between the gut and brain and what it means for clients living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). We’ll examine how stress, attention, emotions, and nervous system regulation can influence gut function and symptom experience, while exploring why IBS symptoms are real even when structural abnormalities are absent.

Participants will learn how mindfulness may help interrupt cycles of symptom vigilance, threat, and stress reactivity, and support greater interoceptive awareness and nervous system regulation.
