Through tailored guidance, supported practice, and individual reflection, you will develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience and presence.
This individualized approach supports deeper attunement with clients and builds confidence and skill in integrating mindfulness into sessions in a grounded, ethical, and effective way.

We'll start with deep listening and a full understanding of what is causing your stress and what symptoms your stress is causing. We'll look at sleep, nutrition, exercise and mindset to get a full picture of exactly how stress lives in your mind, body and life.

Hi! I'm Colette
After a career in Public Health, while I was single parenting a teenager and running my own business, I suffered a near fatal pulmonary embolism. Physically, I recovered quickly - but I remained stressed and anxious as never before. So I took a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class and knew right away I wanted to help people overcome debilitating stress. ​
10 years later, still human and working on my own stress, I'm so excited to be living my dream, supporting others with MBSR, Holistic Stress Management Coaching, and courses/workshops about stress! ​
