If your Professional Board is not pre-approved, you will receive the following documentation so that you can self-submit.

  • Signed and dated certificate of completion.

  • The learning objectives of the course.

  • The name and qualifications of the instructor.

  • The number of contact hours.

  • The dates of the course

  • The title of the course

  • A certificate that verifies participation or certificate of completion.

Requisites for receiving or applying
for CEU/CME are: 

  • Attend at least 7 of 8 weekly classes online or in person, no recordings will be provided.

  • Attend the full day Retreat

  • Engage in personal practice for duration of class

  • Complete a post-course evaluation

MBSR Learning Objectives 

Explain & Experience the neurophysiological and psychosocial mechanisms by which mindfulness practice influences stress, emotion regulation, and symptom perception in diverse patient populations.

Embody confidence and consistincy with formal mindfulness practices (e.g., body scan, sitting meditation, mindful movement) and apply these practices to enhance personal resilience and professional presence.

Describe the interaction between provider self-regulation and client/patient outcomes, and develop strategies for integrating mindfulness-informed awareness into professional interactions.

Enhance Awareness of personal and professional stress responses, and formulate an individualized plan to sustain well-being while supporting client or patient care.
