FREE Introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
An Introduction to MBSR will give you a chance to meet the teacher and get an in-depth look at the course, a chance to sample mindfulness meditation, and answers to your questions as you explore whether mindfulness practice is right for you and your healing.

About the event
Held weekly, this 1.5 hour Introduction to MBSR is a pre-requisite for enrolling in an 8-week MBSR course. At the introduction, you will meet the teacher and get an in depth look at the course content and schedule. You will also have an opportuntiy to give mindfulness meditation a try as well as ask all your questions and decide if this is the right time to enroll in MBSR to support your healing journey!
