Silent Retreats

A a day of silence invites you to pause and go inward  to enjoy being held and led seamlessly from one practice to another: gentle movement, guided meditation, and compassion practice. At the end of the day, you are offered a rare opportunity to reflect with the group on your experience, and be gently held as you move forward into whatever comes next. 

This is a full day (9am - 4pm) silent, MBSR style retreat led by a qualified teacher, live/online. 

This retreat is designed and most appropriate for those with some silent meditation experience.
